Future Development of a Swiftlet House Investment

The demand for a bird nest is getting larger ever since the promotion of bird nest into skincare industry. Malaysia and Indonesia is the main supply of bird nest. The current quantity of bird nest production is approximately to 300 tons which amounts to RM30 billion.

In the first two years, swiftlet house is considered as a breeding period where we will not collect the bird nest in the first year, the numbers of the swiftlet would increase significantly in the second year and continue to grow until the fifth year, and it would enter a mature period in the sixth year.
