Q: I am 50 years old and I am not working right now, can I apply for MM2H?

A: Yes, you can still apply for MM2H with you retiree income as long as you are fulfilled with the financial requirement

Q: Before the Approval of MM2H Applications, do I need to apply for a Visa to visit Malaysia?

A: We will provide services for the visa application to visit Malaysia prior to your MM2H Approval.

Q: Can I withdraw my Fixed Deposit after the approval of MM2H application?

A: No, you can only withdraw 50% of your Fixed Deposit on the second year for the purpose of buying property, health and children’s education. While the remaining of the Fixed Deposit can only be withdrawn upon maturity.

Q: Can I placed the Fixed Deposit in a Malaysian Bank located outside Malaysia?

A: No. The Fixed Deposit account could only be opened in banks inside Malaysia.

Q: Do I possess a working permit with MM2H Program?

A: No, the MM2H Applicant is not eligible to work in Malaysia, you can switch to a working visa permit if you wish to be employed in Malaysia. However, you are allowed to invest in a business in Malaysia.

Q: After the approval of MM2H, how long do I need to stay in Malaysia?

A: You have to stay for a minimum of 90 days for 5 years.

Q: Can my children apply to be my dependent after his University Graduation?

A: Your children can be your dependent if they are below 21 years old. If they are above 21 years old, they can only apply for a MM2H application when they reach 35 years old.

Q: if I have 1.5 million liquid asset but I do not have RM40,000 monthly salary, can I apply for MM2H?

A: No, you have to fulfill both of the requirements to apply for the MM2H applications.

Q: Can the client sell his property in Malaysia?

A: Yes, you can sell your property in Malaysia.

Q: Do I need to pay any tax in Malaysia.

A: The MM2H applicants will only need to pay the incomes taxes for the income from investments in local companies. Any income remitted abroad is not taxable.
